Good day,

I have a problem where the simulator becomes slow or crashes when too many workparts are generated.

I have a machine that drops loose product, and I want to simulate that.
I have already lowered the graphic settings, but it doesn't make a difference.
My graphics card is only being used by 3%, and the more workparts there are, the lower the FPS gets (from 100 FPS down to 2 FPS).

(I use the apple als workpart)

Please inform about your computer specs:

-> CPU model
-> Installed RAM
-> Windows OS version
-> Available space in the storage unir where is located Machines Simulator
-> Graphics card
-> Laptop or Desktop computer?

How many Workparts are in the scene when starts to slow?
You can change the apple assigned model to a lighter one.

OK now I understand your problem.

The problem is in how you are running the simulation. It makes no sense to have so many WorkParts piled up doing nothing.
Each WorkPart has real-time physics: weight, friction, drag, dynamics, etc...
Having so many WPs slows down the system, no matter what PC configuration you have.
It makes no sense to store so many WPs, what you can do is a simulation of the pile with a model that scales up/to the sides.
