Machines Simulator new version 3.13 released!

A new version of Machines Simulator is released!

This version has the following improvements:

- An improved memory management system to allow more components in the library.
- Scenes with asynchronous loading.

- Two new components:
      - high-speed Scara Robot
      - Artificial vision system for parts location

- Includes two new machines:
       - Scara System
       - Scara Assembly

- Some minor bugs corrected.
