Machines Simulator new version 3.9.5 released!

This new version has some bugs correction, more improvements, a new machine to automate and a new components:

- Now with 40 predefined system to automate.
- New component to cut WorkParts
- New VideoCamera component with movement detection
- VideoPlayer component now can show video from webcam source
- Sensor to read the part distance
- Time speed simulation: Slow motion (x4, x10) and Speed Up (x2, x3)
