Is easy plc still being supported?

Is easy plc still being supported ? I wrote an email requesting information several days ago but hav'nt heard anything back

Yes of course!

I receive many emails a day, but unfortunately a lot of them are spam, so my spam filter can eliminate some of them that are not spam.
